CT FBLA hosts two annual State Leadership Conferences — the Fall Leadership Conference (FLC) and the Spring Leadership Conference (SLC) — where students compete in business-related events, attend workshops, and elect state officers.

Through the Claire DePersia Scholarship, CT FBLA honors a legacy of excellence by subsidizing the cost of attending the National Leadership Conference for a deserving SLC award winner.

Members gain access to networking opportunities with business professionals, community service projects, and the chance to represent Connecticut at the national level.
