CT FBLA’s Member of the Month and Member of the Year programs recognize middle school and high school members who show outstanding leadership, service, and community.
Each chapter may nominate one member per month (August–February), with winners announced at the State Leadership Conference and highlighted on social media.

Member or Advisor can submit. Member must receive advisor approval before submitting.
Previously, this award was given to the chapter that won first place in the Community Service Event at our State Leadership Conference. We are now giving chapters the opportunity to showcase their engagement and impact in community service, allowing them to be recognized not only by CT FBLA but also by the Connecticut State Department of Education.
